- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service I have ever received dealing with them. Was only one there and was told it would be 1:45 before I could see someone. I said ok. Waited patiently. The individual I spoke with cod not answer my question about refinancing, and said she needed to speak with someone else, and she would give me a call by the end of the day. She didn't bother to run my information or anything. Well the end of the day came, and I never received a call back from anybody. I just had surgery, probably should have been in bed resting, but was told I could be seen when I called and asked. So I got dressed and suffered through the pain.
